elizabeth at check-in provided really good service. she upgraded us to a higher floor room. lia showed us our room and told us about the hotel. the price felt worth it.
it made relaxing by the pool difficult.

the room featured automatic curtains and a small private pool. a music system played until 8 pm, though it could be noisy. the spa was great, and i found the city view preferable for quiet and relaxation.

the room had a spacious layout, it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the gym featured advanced equipment, including three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the main pool area included twenty comfortable loungers and a shaded section for relaxation.
the minibar prices were slightly higher than expected, but it wasn't a significant issue.

breakfast included a wide selection of fresh fruit. fresh juices were available. the food was AMAZING!!! the main restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating areas, offering different ambiances.

the staff ensured quick responses to requests. housekeeping maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout my stay. front desk personnel provided efficient check-in and check-out experiences, answering all my questions in a professional manner.

The hotel is located near several shops and restaurants. there is a taxi stand directly outside the hotel entrance. the beach is easily accessible. It is a short walk from the main lobby and very convenient.
