the location met my expectations. it allowed convenient access to shopping.
the air conditioning system struggled with humidity (it was very noticeable). my hair became frizzy. the carpets felt damp, and there was a musty smell in the second room i was given. the staff tried to resolve the issue by changing my room a couple of times, but the problem persisted.

i had direct access to the mall of the emirates! this made shopping very easy. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. i found the daily breakfast very satisfying and it had many options.
The gym was a bit small and crowded during peak hours. It made it difficult to complete my workout routine.

the room was spacious. i had a grand beautiful room on a high floor it was well designed with separated living and bedroom areas. being connected to the mall is convenient if you need anything.
the air conditioning in my room did not work properly. maintenance came to fix it five times and it stopped working again the last night. the hotel staff refused to provide the two ski dubai tickets i was supposed to receive. they said my reservation was made before the offer started.
