The staff was helpful. They addressed all my needs promptly. I found the room spacious, with extra amenities that enhanced my stay. The unique ambiance of this hotel is definitely really good. It sets it apart. It creates a nice and enjoyable atmosphere.
The electrical plugs in my room were not fully functional, presenting a minor inconvenience. It was a bit frustrating when needing to charge multiple devices.
Facilities

The rooftop pool is amazing and offers a refreshing escape. I noticed the gym had updated equipment, including three treadmills and several stationary bikes. The common areas are creatively designed with many spots.

Breakfast features a wide variety of options, including fresh pastries and fruits. The Tandoor Tina restaurant had AMAZING food!!! The service at the Ernst Restaurant was also quite really good and attentive.

i appreciated the design and concept of the hotel it had spaces for socializing and also more private areas for work the location proved excellent the staff was very diverse and super friendly there were several restaurants and cafés providing a great mix of modern with some traditional details
i wish i had read more reviews before my stay i was supposedly upgraded at check-in to a nicer room on the fifth floor loud booming music was playing all night i don't know what they expect guests to do

the staff at check-in and the valet. mary from housekeeping took great care of our needs (i was really grateful). i also appreciated the complimentary mini bar items. it was a nice touch.
the lobby was warm, as were the hallways and elevators. it can be a bit uncomfortable.

breakfast offered a fabulous buffet with diverse options. one could order omelets and other egg dishes directly at the table. the selection included salad greens, juice, coffee, labneh, and hummus.

the glamping room featured a view of the museum of the future. the room included shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the shower. bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer, and a safe were also provided.

The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to dubai mall (a real perk). the staff went out of their way to assist. taxis were easily available at the hotel entrance. This added a lot of convenience.

My room's mini-bar was empty on arrival, it reminded me of a practical joke. i expected at least water, not to mention the utter lack of a bathrobe and slippers. They started early, they did not stop. it really dampened my enthusiasm for what should have been a relaxing stay.

the location felt central. access was so easy to every place i wished to visit. the hotel owns a vibe with artsy rooms. the patio has a very nice, chill vibe, and i would lay there dreamily.
the minibar was not restocked. housekeeping did not replace my toothbrush, which i hoped for daily. it did effect my stay a little.
