the staff at check-in and the valet. mary from housekeeping took great care of our needs (i was really grateful). i also appreciated the complimentary mini bar items. it was a nice touch.

breakfast offered a fabulous buffet with diverse options. one could order omelets and other egg dishes directly at the table. the selection included salad greens, juice, coffee, labneh, and hummus.

the glamping room featured a view of the museum of the future. the room included shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the shower. bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer, and a safe were also provided.

The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to dubai mall (a real perk). the staff went out of their way to assist. taxis were easily available at the hotel entrance. This added a lot of convenience.

My room's mini-bar was empty on arrival, it was like a practical joke. i expected at least water, not to mention the utter lack of a bathrobe and slippers. They started early, they did not stop. it really dampened my enthusiasm for what should have been a relaxing stay.

the location felt central. access was so easy to every place i wished to visit. the hotel owns a vibe with artsy rooms. the patio has a very nice, chill vibe, and i would lay there dreamily.
the minibar was not restocked. housekeeping did not replace my toothbrush, which i hoped for daily. it did effect my stay a little.
