was so great!
stylish design clean room warm greeting attentive staff
the hotel is stylish! rooms are very clean and smell amazing. the front desk staff greeted us warmly! housekeeping left chocolates and hand cream during turndown service. the pool staff remembered our favourite drinks.

breakfast offered many options including vegan choices i saw emad assisting guests, providing everything they needed. the staff are very attentive and friendly. there are numerous food selections to choose from.

the hotel is part of a larger complex which means you have access to even more amenities. a good cool pool is available i enjoyed the well-equipped gym and pristine private beach and i spent time at wild wadi waterpark right next door, it had everything.

the location is great as i could easily access many attractions! i also used the souq , made shopping very convenient. an uber ride to the mall of the emirates only cost me $10.

the service throughout the hotel was excellent with excellent staff everywhere i turned. gervase at the front desk was excellent, and antonia in the lounge provided great service. sara was wonderful during breakfast time too.

The room i had was excellent. It was beautiful and clean. the room design was amazing, i liked the air conditioning system. I didn't hear it! the temperature was always perfect. my room included access to the beach.

ineffective air conditioning lobby noise
the location was acceptable.
The air conditioning in my ocean view beautiful & wild wadi waterpark(TM) access room was not effective. I reported this several times, and engineers came to check it, but it remained the same. eventually, they gave me a fan to use at night though the temperature was still uncomfortable. also, the noise from the lobby was quite bothersome.

inconsistent stay
long wait chaotic experience
the check-in process left much to be desired. i waited an unreasonable amount of time to get my room. adding insult to injury, there was a mix-up, and i was initially assigned a room that was already occupied by other guests. the whole experience felt a bit chaotic.

road noise unclear communication
the hotel did not quite live up to expectations. i requested a quiet room well in advance but i was given a room facing a busy road. noise from traffic made it hard to relax.

lovely pool delicious restaurant attentive staff
I felt grateful for the staff. they were attentive and courteous. the pool areas are lovely. the restaurants are delicious i appreciated the Ocean room i booked. It was very pleasant and well appointed. i want to thank the entire team for a very good experience.

great restaurants easy beach access attentive staff poor air conditioning slow room service noisy lobby
i really liked the hotel location. there were amazing restaurants there. the beach access was a big plus, it was easy to get to the water. also, the staff was attentive.
the air conditioning was not very good. it did not work properly, even after i complained. the room service was slow, it took a whole hour for a simple request. it was also too noisy in the lobby.
