scaled up taps loose tiles
the pricing was okay i guess and the room was quite large so that was something
the bathroom was a total disaster all the taps were scaled up with limescale hardly any water came out and some tiles were loose i thought they were about to fall i also think the cleaning service could do a better job it wasn't great at all and i expected more

clean room restaurant variety free shuttle tour bookings
the room was kept clean daily. housekeeping tracked it constantly. i appreciate the multiple restaurants inside. breakfast and dinner offered many options. there was a free shuttle to the beach and outlets, this was a nice service. also, tour bookings are available on the first floor. made planning easier.
the gym's drinking water container was empty early one morning.

the staff was helpful. the front office team, including gem, phillips, chris, king, and lwin, was hard working and always smiling. i found the bellman, especially, to be very helpful too.

I liked the variety of food options available. The chef even prepared specific dishes according to my preferences after i informed him the day before, very thoughtful. i also found the location quite convenient. There's a general store just behind the hotel, offering affordable water and necessities. for gifts, day to day store is also nearby.
the check-in and check-out times felt somewhat rigid. the staff, while providing good service, didn't seem as flexible or understanding as i've experienced elsewhere.

The swimming pool is located on the roof. It offers a pleasant area for relaxation! a 24-hour supermarket is situated just a few meters from the hotel, offering convenience for late-night necessities.

The gym features three treadmills. It also has two stationary bikes. The breakfast buffet included various options. I found fresh fruit and pastries. The room service menu offered a selection of international dishes.

The staff welcomed me with kindness, and the receptionists were helpful! mr swapnil and danish deserve special recognition. the hotel offers a perfect location, ensuring convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. I found every item i needed.
It appears quite dated from the lobby to the corridors. the rooms require updates. the towels and glasses felt old.

big room linen
the room was very big. i saw neat linen. breakfast had many choices. i was kinda surprised to see indian breakfast available. the staff was cordial and helpful during breakfast.
