The staff were helpful. The grounds are well maintained and lead directly to the beach. Access to the club level provided extra benefits that enhanced my visit. I especially valued having breakfast included.

Saturday nights had very loud music. It continued until 3:00 am so I suggest avoiding stays including Saturdays.

The Beautiful Room Sea View Balcony included comfortable bedding. The housekeeping service ensured the room was clean. Daily service delivered fresh towels. Also they provided toiletries. The air conditioning worked effectively.

amazing experience!

helpful staff warm welcome really good service

every staff member was so helpful and polite, without exaggeration. mr hithesh from the front desk welcomed me warmly at the beginning of my stay. he did everything he could for me throughout my visit. i now understand why my friend returns here repeatedly. the service from the front desk to the cleaning staff earns an 11 out of 10.

the hotel was noisy at times, but it was not too much of an issue. i noticed happy hour ended slightly earlier than advertised at the pool bar. overall, i would stay again because the location is close to the marina.

food at brasserie 2.0 was amazing, and saturday brunch was really good!!! there are many restaurants to choose from across both hotel sites. the buffet caters to all dietary requirements, including a wide range of international and local cuisines.

i found the breakfast had a very large variety of food. i loved that the main pool was deep. quality of food from room service i thought was excellent.

they sent us away for 5 minutes, this after a 6 hour flight delay, it was not good. oh dear.

outdated menu ants issue

I found some issues . the room service menu seemed quite stale, like it hadn't been updated in years! the non-alcoholic drinks also left much to be desired. They weren't as expected, and the lack of fresh juices was a letdown. also, i spotted some ants in the room, though they dealt with the problem promptly. what a bummer, though.
