the check-in process was fast. the room included a rainfall shower. bathrobes was provided. i found many restaurant options. i got a room upgrade since this was my first time.

i noticed they only gave one small water bottle. i did not like that the hospitality team did not clean my room when requested. the cleaning guy tried to open my door before i was ready.

the check-in process was smooth. i liked my modern room. the bathroom was also well-appointed. the staff were friendly. the concierge team gave me excellent recommendations.

i was only given one small bottle of water. the hospitality team did not seem to clean my room well. i called reception, and they told me i had the 'do not disturb' mode on when i did not.
