amazing hotel experience!
double sinks working desk birthday cake
the bathroom had double sinks and a separate walk-in shower with a bathtub. the room featured a beautiful desk for working, convenient. one staff member brought in a birthday cake, a generous surprise.

An lovely stay
warm welcome really good hospitality
Sultan's warm welcome at reception made such a difference. His guidance to the elevator was thoughtful. A trainee receptionist greeted my wife and me, offering information about the spa. Ms. Maisaa and Ms. Israa showed really good hospitality.
The water running in adjacent rooms was noticeable, affecting sleep quality. It seemed like rooms haven't been refurbished since the hotel's opening, quite disappointing. The lack of climate control added to the discomfort.

Breakfast featured a variety of options, though more diversity over time would be advantageous. The buffet service was efficient. My family especially enjoyed the selection of fresh fruits. The restaurant staff ensured every guest was attended to with grace.

The location offered central convenience with nearby attractions and accessible transportation. The hotel is near key business areas and shopping destinations. Access to the city center was straightforward, facilitating quick travel to meetings.

a lovely stay
warm welcome convenient location
the staff welcomed me warmly, and i especially thank maysa at the front desk for her really good support. the room was super clean and luxurious, i felt so spoiled! i found the location convenient, close to everything i wanted to see and experience.
The check-in process was longer than i anticipated. I waited for about twenty minutes. it was a bit frustrating, especially after a long journey. i wish it had been smoother and faster.

The breakfast included a large selection of varied options. I enjoyed it. it featured both local and international choices. All were fresh. the presentation was lovely and very appealing.

The location was central and lively. I liked that it was easy to get around. it's within walking distance of several shops, restaurants, and attractions. taxi service was available right outside, it made it very easy to explore.

A Decent Stay

The hotel was well-kept and clean. The rooms have a modern design and a spacious layout. The staff was friendly and professional (they were always ready to help).
The check-in process was long. I spent about 20 minutes waiting. It can take up to 14 days to get a hold removed from my credit card for a deposit. I was regularly disturbed in my room (this happened multiple times).

long check-in process inflexible receipt
the check-in took forever. i waited at least 20 minutes just for the person to sort things out. also, they need up to 14 days to release the deposit hold on my credit card! those little things matter when you expect a lot from a 5-star hotel. i prepaid for my stay, but they still couldn't give me one receipt for both rooms i booked, because each receipt had to be linked to a room. it was a hassle.
