excellent stay with city views
clean rooms friendly team
i found the rooms to be spacious and clean the location on sheikh zayed road is prime. the lifts are fast and give advance signs i appreciated the auto open and close curtains there was no struggle. i enjoyed the bar and the reception team is friendly.
during checkout staff just said thank you and didn't even take the room key. i stood waiting and forced them to check out as i maybe wanted to talk about a problem.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities

I found the fitness center convenient! It includes three treadmills and various weight machines. Breakfast featured both continental and local dishes. The room had two sinks and a rainfall shower. The rooftop pool offered city views.
I noticed a very slight delay for the elevator during peak hours.

The room included automatic curtains. This added a modern touch, and the bed was comfortable. There were also complimentary toiletries, a plus after a long day. The room was quite spacious.

The hotel had several restaurants and a buffet with diverse choices. I particularly enjoyed the variety. The service was very prompt. There was also a lounge bar on the top floorwith a nice atmosphere.

concierge service friendly staff spacious room
i stayed for three nights and found several aspects particularly good the concierge service by edwin ibrahim and dosbebick was very friendly the room was spacious and the spa and breakfast were enjoyable the hotel's location is great it's easy to get around.
the pool area was run down i noticed limited seating options around the pool the lack of seating made it less relaxing i mostly stayed in the room because of this.
