the two-bedroom apartment included a private pool. the sunset view from the 31st floor was nice.. i found the food delicious. rooms were very clean too and the service was excellent.

The hotel location is distant from most tourist attractions. Taxis are essential for moving around.

the Staff WAS very kind and professional overall. maxon castelino, the duty manager, was especially helpful and competent. the beds were very comfortable , also.

i ordered room service , but my drink contained a wrapper. a refund and complimentary drinks were promised , BUT i never received them. the hotel did not provide hot water in one of our rooms.

The reception staff, especially Moe, provided helpful suggestions. She made sure i had everything I needed. Zafar addressed maintenance issues FAST and explained how to use the room facilities. Regular housekeeping kept the room clean, and in-room dining was prompt and varied.

The family pool loses sun early, so I had to use the party pool for warmth.

The hotel location is within 20 to 30 minutes of downtown. Taxis are easily accessible to and from the hotel. Valet parking was efficient, enabling quick vehicle retrieval every time, a HUGE plus.

Soul Street is an AMAZING place, the staff there are very friendly. The food is great and the drinks are well prepared! Goose Island offered good service, delicious food and reasonable prices.

The room blinds were broken. It was quite annoying. mold was visible in the bathroom. I didn't find it appealing. the front desk staff seemed rather indifferent to guest concerns. I did not feel valued as a customer..
