I enjoyed the New Year's Eve gala dinner in crescendo a lot. It was the best new year party i had ever attended. our table was positioned outside so we could almost see the stage. i also liked the easy access to bars and food stations. the tables were decorated beautifully and the entire venue impressed me.
bottled water cost extra at every restaurant including the pool area, a slight inconvenience.

the hotel kindly gave us nextdoor rooms as requested, nice. our room attendant, melan, cleaned both rooms to a high standard. melan also made towel art, a very nice touch.

breakfasts in crescendo was delicious and plentiful. lunches at the beach house requires prebooking a table outside because they fill quickly. bushman's cooked steaks to perfection, a great experience.

fire shows occurred live on the beach and were lovely. the whole dessert station in crescendo included a real gingerbread house. the chef inside was very friendly.

Watching the fireworks at midnight from the beach was special. don't miss the sunsets on the beach. They provide a great backdrop for photos. the location offers a unique experience.

I adored my Premier Lagoon Access room. It. The breakfast buffet at Crescendo was a beautiful experience. I found the staff to have very helpful and pleasant communication skills.
The overwater villas have wooden blinds. They block the sea view from the bed. The facilities look a little tired. I noticed cracks and poor paintwork. The room layout was like a letdown!

the check-in receptionist was rude. i had a special occasion, and thanks to that staff member, it was almost ruined. i wanted an upgrade, but when that wasn't free, i received the smallest room in a corner without a view. the buggy wait times were also too long..
