mixed feelings after my stay

My stay had some notable issues. the reception staff seemed indifferent. i encountered unclean pool towels that looked used. the kids' club had an unpleasant smell. These factors detracted from the overall experience.

Ms Rima at the front desk was very helpful. Her service was perfect. The hotel has many pools available for guest use. The kids' area was amazing, remaining open until 10 PM and providing ample entertainment. The nightly music created a fantastic environment.
I noticed a slight delay when ordering snacks at the pool. The wait was around 25 minutes.
