my check-in was efficient, and the staff was helpful right away. the resort was full, yet the team kept things smooth. dining options impressed me with both great service and high-quality food. i particularly enjoyed my spacious and well kept room and the bathroom had both a walk-in shower and a bathtub (a perfect touch for relaxation!).

the pool towels sometimes seemed a bit worn and not always neatly folded.

My stay had some notable issues. the reception staff seemed indifferent. i encountered unclean pool towels that was used. the kids' club had an unpleasant smell. These factors detracted from the overall experience.

Ms Rima at the front desk was very helpful. Her service was perfect. The hotel has many pools available for guest use. The kids' area was amazing, remaining open until 10 PM and providing ample entertainment. The nightly music created a fantastic environment.

I noticed a slight delay when ordering snacks at the pool. The wait was around 25 minutes.
