perfect design relaxing balcony

the palm mansion room was oversized at 65 square meters. it was perfectly designed and stunningly decorated. the balcony is magnificent providing a further relaxing place to sit. i loved all the restaurants, especially stay, it holds 2 michelin stars.

my call was rejected three times when i attempted to contact the hotel. i eventually reached a representative. she was unhelpful and failed to apologize for the inconvenience.

staff welcome you with smiles and genuinely want to help. our host andrei looked after us impeccably. the senior management team was ever present with big smiles asking how our stay was.

the resort itself is fine and tranquil. the short glamorous boat trip to the royal mirage provides access to further restaurants. it is relaxing and luxurious and it is in a great location.

the hotel offers very nice calm and relaxing ambiance! there was sunglass cleaning and cucumber for your eyes. the breakfast had fabulous food and service in the perfect outdoor setting. it was pure luxury!
