a stay with minor issues
quick check-in helpful staff rude reception food options
i loved the quick check-in process! the staff was really helpful and efficient. all good housekeeping staff were really helpful too and i'm thankful for rabby and his supervisor hemraj, they did a great job.
the food options and taste was also not up to the mark, such a shame.

convenient stay with great access
convenient parking amazing view clean room
I really appreciated the hotel's convenient basement parking. It made traveling by car simple. our room provided a fantastic view of the burj khalifa skyline, a pleasant surprise. the room was clean and well-kept. The services were excellent for the price, so i am grateful.
the noise level from nearby establishments was noticeable at times.

The room included a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. The room service was also prompt. housekeepers kept the spaces very clean and hygienic , made it quite comfortable. i found this particularly suitable.

the breakfast buffet featured a large variety of choices and it was delicious. the pool area provided a refreshing escape from the city heat, which i appreciated. i loved the atmosphere and its cozy setup.

the hotel's location provided easy access to nearby tourist spots, requiring only a short taxi ride. it was close to the metro and the historical part. dining options were very affordable and plentiful which was great.

friendly staff helpful service good experience loud noise late music crowded lobby
the staff was very friendly and cute, especially marry. she provided good service and was very helpful to me. the customer service was very nice, and i appreciate the good experience.
the noise from the bars on the first floor was very loud until late. i could hear music and people shouting at 3 am. it was difficult to rest properly because of this issue. the lobby was also very crowded.

calm staff clean room precise location
I thought pradeesh at the reception was quite calm. He helped with our check-in process with a smile. The location proved precise. I liked that the room was very clean.
the elevators become quite busy at PEAK hours.

The staff offered quick assistance. They were quick to fulfill requests for extra towels. I found the check-in and check-out processes to be efficient, it was a streamlined experience.

The room included a king-sized bed with firm mattress. There was a work desk with an ergonomic chair. I noticed that the bathroom had a rainfall shower. It was also equipped with complimentary toiletries.
