excellent stay

swim-up bar soft play

i found plenty of pools available, including a swim-up bar. the kids club pool and indoor soft play area were beneficial during the hottest parts of the day (my little one loved it).

the gym is well-equipped, but i encountered late room cleaning on most days. the room was often cleaned after 5pm, inconvenient when trying to have children's naps.

Dining

9/10

The restaurant catered well to families, providing child meal options, even pouches for babies. a soft play area inside the buffet restaurant was a convenient touch. It allowed us to enjoy our meals while our child played nearby.

Rooms

10/10

my room was a wellness room equipped with jacuzzis and a spacious patio where i spent most of my daytime. the suite had independent air conditioning, convenient. the room included two separate sinks.

Facilities

9/10

the gym featured state-of-the-art equipment with various strength and cardio options. pool areas included fruit and ice cream booths, providing good treats (the fruit selection was great!).

Location

8/10

the hotel has beautiful gardens and beach areas. the hotel provides free entry to a nearby popular attraction, a significant saving.

Service

10/10

Every staff member was friendly and helpful. bar 1 was great, with friendly and efficient service. Christine.

really good experience

friendly staff exclusive resort

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the resort is child friendly but also feels exclusive (that is, not tacky).

the hotel could use some refurbishment to match other five-star hotels. the furniture seemed old and perhaps had not been updated in many years.

Dining

9/10

the buffet is extensive and offers many options. i especially loved the fruit and ice cream booths near the pool area. the restaurant was family friendly and included fantastic child meal options.

Rooms

9/10

our wellness room included jacuzzis and an amazing patio. we spent most of our daytime on the patio. the housekeeping service was superb and maintained a high standard of cleanliness every day.

Facilities

9/10

the gym has state-of-the-art equipment. the pool area included a swim-up bar plus a dedicated kids club pool. there is also an inside soft play area that is great for hot days.

Location

9/10

the hotel offers free entry to atlantis, a good perk. it also provides a free transfer, very convenient. the hotel is spotlessly clean with beautiful gardens and beach areas.

Very nice Staff and Service

swim-up bar special offering fast service attentive staff

The staff was very nice. Frederick at the swim-up bar kept the poolside experience great. The fruit man brought special offerings by the main pool. The team at La Turca always provided fast service with smiles.

The shop in the hotel does stock next to nothing, and the nearest small supermarket is about twenty minutes walking.

Rooms

9/10

Our room was spacious, and it was beautifully designed. It also came with plenty of storage, which I liked. The amenities were helpful, and I think it.

Dining

10/10

The dining options are excellent. La Turca had buffet lunch and dinner, and I think it was consistently great. L'Olivo was a favorite for its fabulous food, we dined there twice.
