The hotel was located centrally, close to the Dubai Mall. The staff was amazing. The receptionist quickly arranged a room for me upon my early arrival. The room was clean with a good size, and the gym looked nice, even though I did not use it. I appreciated the quick room arrangement, good room size, clean gym

Excellent Stay Near Burj Khalifa

I found the location very convenient. The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are easily accessible. The hotel also offers a helpful shuttle service to various locations. The staff were nice and always ready to assist. I really appreciated the room with a nice view of Burj.
I noticed that the gym equipment is somewhat limited.

location is good, but some issues need attention

withered towelhard pillows
i found some things were not great. the towels felt old and not very nice. the shampoo and conditioner being combined into one product seemed cheap. also, the pillows were too hard, it made my neck hurt.

The location was great. I could easily walk to the mall and Burj Khalifa. The hotel provided a very nice shuttle service. It took me to several places around the area.
The fan in the toilet WAS NOT working. There was no air circulation in the toilet. All the odor went into the room!
