I loved the hotel's luxurious design both inside and outside! The super nice swimming pool and wonderful garden were perfect. I spotted hundreds of birds singing. It created a quiet ambiance. The reception staff were fantastic. I felt welcomed! The service people were very attentive too.

Staff accompanied me from valet parking to reception. It was seamless. Reception staff escorted me to the lifts. This ensured I did not feel lost. Pool staff carried towels and found sun loungers. This was amazing.

A Balanced Stay

The room was spacious. It had comfortable bedding. The breakfast buffet offered many choices. The staff were always smiling and willing to assist.
I experienced an issue at check-in. There was a delay with the luggage. I had to retrieve the bags myself. The pool was crowded and became dirty after 2 PM. This made the environment unpleasant.

the hotel decoration is wonderful! it is like a piece of art. the bathrooms and everything are clean! the rooms are also clean and spacious. i took the palm view and it was quieter than the ocean view rooms!
unfortunately. i had faced rude treatment from the hotel staff. they accused a tourist and charged for unrequested things. the way their management treated the accusation was disappointing. despite asking for cameras' records, they couldn't reach the cameras after 10 hours

I found the cleaning staff for the rooms disinterested. They seemed to want to get things 'over and done with'. one night they literally failed to take the plates with food from our room from the night before. it wasn't the best.
