super service AND great experience
great professionalism warm welcome attentive staff
The staff was WONDERFUL. hyder at the beach club welcomed my mother and me warmly. he showed us around the pool areas and the beach. This ensured we felt comfortable. his professionalism really set an example.

Breakfast was amazing, it offered a great selection. i found the staff was very quick to help. liv's dinner buffet in the evening was also superb. It had a good variety of options.

The concierge helped sort out issues efficiently. I thank those who assisted with the inflatable doughnut. the front door captain was always well dressed and friendly. He offered water. batoul from the liv restaurant escorted us. She was always cute.

nice selection good showers
the breakfast had a nice selection i could order my eggs at a station they brought it to my table the bedrooms were big and the showers were good too
hanging space just barely did us we had only two drawers it was hard to find places for underwear

loud music disruptive behavior
the music was loud at times. multiple sources competed. the pool staff did not address disruptive behavior until i complained. this affected my relaxation.
