amazing family getaway!

attentive staff extensive food

The staff were always attentive and friendly. the food selection was extensive (i especially enjoyed the fresh seafood!). the pools were clean and well kept. We spent most of our time at the main pool. the entertainment was great. We saw a fantastic live band one evening.

The check-in process was a little slow. There was a bit of a queue when we arrived.

Service

Clarissa was helpful at reception. She made the check-in process smooth. bright and ayman were friendly at the 7 heights restaurant. isla bar staff at the adult pool area were also attentive. (.)

Dining

mixed experience, some issues noted

downgraded food safety measure

The gym had various equipment. It was very clean.

i found the food quality less than average and noticeably downgraded from two years prior (i remember it being better). the facility needs better safety measures because i had an accident that nearly broke my leg. it happened in the kids area, so this could have been avoided with more care.

dining options food quality asian restaurant fresh sushi all-inclusive package slow process long wait overwhelmed staff equipment shortage essential machine

I was impressed with the variety of dining options available. the restaurants offered diverse cuisines, and the quality of the food was consistently high. i especially enjoyed the asian restaurant. The sushi was fresh and flavorful. the all-inclusive package also made it easy to try different dishes (i really did enjoy it).

i found the check-in process to be a bit slow. there was a queue, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. the wait time was longer than expected. also, the gym lacked some essential equipment, such as additional weight machines.

really good all-inclusive experience

clean room inclusive package helpful staff

the rooms were quite spacious and meticulously clean (i especially liked the modern design). the all-inclusive package was comprehensive. it allowed us to fully enjoy drinks anytime. i found the food to be diverse with many choices available to suit different tastes. the smooth check-in was efficient and the staff was helpful, specifically clarissa at reception.

i observed that the adult pool lacked sufficient shade. this made spending extended periods there during the day uncomfortable. the limited shaded areas often filled up quickly. more umbrellas are necessary.
