inconsistent stay, MAJOR issues
overcharging problems rude staff
the location WAS convenient, i admit it. taxis were easy to get.
the front desk ripped me off! i was charged for items i did not use in the minibar. THEN they treated me like i was LYING. they charged for water and coffee EVEN though I had half-board.

leaking coffee machine unfixed safe
The location was good. The staff was courteous.
Check-in was a bad experience with people queuing and the reception desk blocking access to the restaurant. Only one of our rooms was ready initially, so we had to move our bags later. The room lacked storage, coffee machines leaked twice, and the safe stopped working. It was never fixed.

low water pressure awkward breakfast
the room seemed a bit worn the shower had low water pressure there was also a strange persistent smell i couldn't quite place breakfast was disappointing vegan yogurt was available but i had to ask for it each morning it took a while for someone to bring it from the kitchen it felt awkward everyone else at my table had already started eating
