shuttle bus breakfast options pool area
i really appreciated the complimentary shuttle bus that took guests to places like the mall and sea world. breakfast at the garage restaurant had many options. It was a great start to each day. the pool area on the hotel top floor was lovely too.
the bar music was loud (it made relaxing difficult).

The breakfast buffet at garage restaurant included a wide array of choices. It easily catered to various tastes with numerous international and local options. the restaurant setup was efficient, so coffee and eggs were served directly at the table. the selection was good, with high-quality options.

My room was quite spacious and included a nice balcony facing the racetrack (this was exciting). complimentary water was available, and toiletries were generously supplied. the bed was huge and very comfortable. Daily cleaning kept everything tidy.

The staff were pretty good in making the stay pleasant. housekeeping (including abdullah) was fast and polite. All requests were handled quickly. the "whatever and whenever" service impressed me with its responsiveness.

decent stay near the track
helpful staff housekeeping team restaurant choice small shower uncontrollable air conditioning night noise
omar at check-in was super helpful. the housekeeping team, especially shiva and hassan, made towel animals my girls loved. the garage restaurant had so many choices, and it was a short walk to various restaurants.
The showers were small. I felt a bit claustrophobic. the air conditioning couldn't be switched off, a real bother. music and planes caused noise through the night, affecting sleep.

i appreciated the attentive service at breakfast, especially from ghazali, hiran, yasin, sandor and saru. cycling on the track one evening was superb. the hotel's cleanliness was also excellent, something i value a lot.

Service issues detract from the experience
slow check-in constant noise
The location near the F1 track is convenient for attending events there.
The check-in process was slow and disorganized. I waited a significant time for my room. my request for a quiet room was not honored. Noise from nearby events made it hard to sleep.

The breakfast buffet offered a fresh food selection. That was adequate.
I waited in my car for over 30 minutes for my bags to be loaded. the staff left my luggage outside in the heat, and they did not bother bringing them to my car. So inconvenient
