omar at check-in was super helpful. the housekeeping team, especially shiva and hassan, made towel animals my girls loved. the garage restaurant had so many choices, and it was a short walk to various restaurants.
The showers were small. I felt a bit claustrophobic. the air conditioning couldn't be switched off, a real bother. music and planes caused noise through the night, affecting sleep.

i appreciated the attentive service at breakfast, especially from ghazali, hiran, yasin, sandor and saru. cycling on the track one evening was superb. the hotel's cleanliness was also excellent, something i value a lot.

The location near the F1 track is convenient for attending events there.
The check-in process was slow and disorganized. I waited a significant time for my room. my request for a quiet room was not honored. Noise from nearby events made it hard to sleep.

The breakfast buffet offered a fresh food selection. That was adequate.
I waited in my car for over 30 minutes for my bags to be loaded. the staff left my luggage outside in the heat, and they did not bother bringing them to my car. So inconvenient
