mixed feelings about this stay

the room was generally tidy and the bathroom was acceptably clean.
My room had a noticeable smoke smell despite it being designated non-smoking. I think the carpeting needs replacement. i also heard tv sounds from the adjacent room at night because the walls were too thin.

The staff were helpful, especially Rizwan at the reception. He was always available to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel's proximity to the metro and shopping center proved very convenient for getting around (I visited many places!). My room was also very spacious and clean.
The gym equipment could use some updating.

the reception staffs were very friendly. i was given a welcome cake, it was a very nice surprise. the hotel has a family friendly environment and that makes it a great place for kids.
i had an issue regarding external sound. sounds from the street outside were too loud at night and i have difficulties to sleep well.
