Wonderful stay with attentive service
nice atmosphere helpful staff non-smoking room clean place
I noticed details in the room I rarely see. Staff members are helpful and good. The atmosphere was nice, and the place was clean. The staff satisfied our wishes, and we received a non-smoking room, away from the busy road.

I felt so cared for during my nights there. housekeeping responded swiftly to my requests and was available 24 hours each day. i found the daily calls checking on my needs to be a sweet and thoughtful touch. the team always took care to.

breakfast offered many options, though many leaned toward indian cuisine. the surrounding area presents many clean spots, near the hotel are convenient metro access, allowing easy explorations. this means i could find a variety of choices.

the hotel location is convenient with the metro. reaching the airport was quick and easy, especially useful for me because it was a short trip. family-friendly environment, and it was not noisy at night.

Receptionists always cooperated with grace and speed, especially Dalila and a great night manager. the hotel offers great customer satisfaction to all their guests. They are always happy to help. the standards of service from the entire team left a warm lasting IMPRESSION.

mixed feelings about this stay
tidy room clean bathroom smoke smell thin walls
the room was generally tidy and the bathroom was acceptably clean.
My room had a noticeable smoke smell despite it being designated non-smoking. I think the carpeting needs replacement. i also heard tv sounds from the adjacent room at night because the walls were too thin.

Fantastic Stay with Helpful Staff!
helpful staff convenient location spacious room
The staff were helpful, especially Rizwan at the reception. He was always available to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel's proximity to the metro and shopping center proved very convenient for getting around (I visited many places!). My room was also very spacious and clean.
The gym equipment could use some updating.

friendly staff surprise cake family environment
the reception staffs were very friendly. i was given a welcome cake, it was a very nice surprise. the hotel has a family friendly environment and that makes it a great place for kids.
i had an issue regarding external sound. sounds from the street outside were too loud at night and i have difficulties to sleep well.
