i was happy with the spacious room and its big sofa. the hotel provides great facilities (i tried the sauna!). i appreciated the ice bath, a great way to rejuvenate after a long day. the location was also very convenient.
the smart tv in the room did not support youtube or netflix. it was a bit of a letdown since i wanted to relax and watch some shows (after a long day of sightseeing). hopefully, they can update the system soon.

The staff were very accommodating, especially with our requests for extra amenities. housekeeping was prompt and efficient. They ensured our room was always clean. i especially appreciated their attentiveness.

the hotel is close to the lagoon, a great spot for an evening stroll. it's conveniently located within walking distance to several local attractions. transportation was also easily accessible.

the staff frank was very kind. he was also very accomodating. the room was spacious and well-kept.
