The room was spacious. It had good facilities. I liked the shower (it was quite modern). The breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices, though a little more daily change would have been nice.
There was only one of everything provided in the room, even though we were a couple. I found this odd. the reception didn't provide much information about the hotel's amenities such as the pool or spa. I had to ask about everything.

no hot water faulty tv
The check-in was quick. That was acceptable.
there was no hot water in the room, i informed reception, and an engineer arrived. he kept the water running, and after a while, the water became lukewarm in the bath. he mentioned the bad condition of the pipes meant the hot water could only reach between 15 and 20%!!! the tv also did not work.

excellent hotel experience
spacious suite smooth process
I was upgraded to a junior suite. It was very spacious and clean. wifi access was good. I didn't experience any disconnections. the private car park was very convenient for my needs.
during my stay, there was only one item of everything provided in the room. i feel that providing full sets of items should be available for all guests. this small adjustment would improve the overall experience.

the junior suite featured a spacious layout and was meticulously clean. the bed was large and offered excellent comfort. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. daily cleaning ensured a consistently fresh environment.

the hotel provides a well-equipped gym. it also features a rooftop swimming pool. i found the private car park very useful. there is also a dedicated kids area on the third floor.

the hotel benefits from its great location. it faces the lagoon which is very nice. the hotel is near many local attractions. this allowed for easy access to various activities. we loved that.

great stay!
spacious room nice facilities great location
i was happy with the spacious room and its big sofa. the hotel provides great facilities (i tried the sauna!). i appreciated the ice bath, a great way to rejuvenate after a long day. the location was also very convenient.
the smart tv in the room did not support youtube or netflix. it was a bit of a letdown since i wanted to relax and watch some shows (after a long day of sightseeing). hopefully, they can update the system soon.

The staff were very accommodating, especially with our requests for extra amenities. housekeeping was prompt and efficient. They ensured our room was always clean. i especially appreciated their attentiveness.

the hotel is close to the lagoon, a great spot for an evening stroll. it's conveniently located within walking distance to several local attractions. transportation was also easily accessible.

kind staff spacious room
the staff frank was very kind. he was also very accomodating. the room was spacious and well kept.
The warm water is starting after 5 min of cold one. That seemed like a long time.
