the location is convenient. i could walk easily from the domestic terminal to the hotel. the staff was also well-organized and scheduled my transport to the international terminal. the room itself had effective blockout blinds.

the toilet door was noisy (especially inconvenient during early mornings). a smell lingered in the room. also, there was no complimentary bottled water provided after a long journey.

The night staff at the restaurant were not helpful. It took a long time to get assistance and the food was burnt, though a refund WAS provided. The visa card was charged a fee despite the circumstances.

the hotel's proximity to the domestic terminal was really useful. a short walk made early morning flights much less stressful. the on-site restaurant was also a plus. it provided a convenient option for meals after a long day of travel.

i found the wifi service to be quite poor. it was unreliable in both public areas and in the room. the air conditioning unit had a terrible draught. i could not adjust it, made sleeping very uncomfortable.
