the room was very nice. i got a free room upgrade. the staff were super friendly. i appreciate the easy access to the car park!
the music i was playing was interrupted by a security guard. i didn't like that i had to turn it off completely due to a noise complaint.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food. The staff was superb and very helpful to all guests. I found the location great as I could easily access different places on foot.. or by taking trams.
The TV in my first room did not work. The duty manager seemed indifferent, and did not care in the least. I returned to my room without a fully functioning TV or a working phone.
