The kitchen had complete equipment. Laundry facilities included a washing machine and a dryer. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, spa, sauna and gym were all available for use. Woolworths and liquor shops are located downstairs in the same building. This made shopping simple. Car parking was very convenient at the premise.
I noticed the TV in the lounge room only showed images in black and white, but the bedroom TV worked fine.

The staff was friendly. A staff member organized an early check-in for us because we arrived before the scheduled time. I found them very helpful and kind. They provided assistance whenever needed.

The apartment featured a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The dishwasher was particularly convenient. The provided washing machine and dryer were a great advantage, great to do laundry within the suite. I appreciated the ample space in the Three Bedroom Balcony Suite. It easily accommodated my family.
The elevators were occasionally slow.

I found the facilities supreme. The bed provided high quality rest, and I especially appreciated the excellent shower. It was quite refreshing. Staff displayed friendliness and helpfulness, a detail that stood out. I particularly enjoyed the proximity to many restaurants and shopping centres. It added to the overall convenience.
The lift system proved difficult. It took a frustrating amount of time to understand, initially causing delays in reaching the room. The process of leaving also presented challenges, as the car park access created some confusion. These issues inconvenienced us.
