The staff were very helpful and lovely! I found the location so close to everything I needed. I walked easily from Roma St station. Breakfast was downstairs and dinner was a short walk in any direction.
I had to call reception three times to find out about parking. The milk in the fridge had already been used and not replenished.

pathetic tricklelimescale deposit
The bathroom shower provided only a pathetic trickle, a real test of patience. Temperature control was non-existent. It alternated between scalding and freezing with no middle ground. To add insult to injury, the bathroom tap was covered in so much limescale it was a struggle to operate. I believe some maintenance is in order.
