short stroll extra mile
the location was ideal with queen street mall just a short stroll away. staff were helpful and always went the extra mile. a 7-eleven downstairs proved convenient for quick necessities.
the air conditioning unit was quite LOUD making it challenging to sleep soundly. i think they should check it regularly.

the hotel features lift ACCESS to all upper floors which offers convenience. guests can easily access a nearby mall situated just two streets away adding to the location benefits. parking instructions could use refinement.

the room came equipped with a mini fridge, kettle, and hairdryer for convenience. toiletries were supplied that included shampoo, soap, conditioner and shower cap. beds were very comfortable and CLEAN.

i found a lovely cafe attached to the hotel. this provided an ideal chill-out spot as i waited for my room to get ready. breakfast there was pleasant and offered a good VARIETY of options.

short walk helpful receptionist minimal space window seal
the location is great it is just a short walk to roma street station. queens mall is also only about 5 minutes away. the receptionists were super helpful and kind too. they quickly sorted out a bathroom issue we had which was much appreciated.
the room was a bit small there was very minimal space to prepare food. the window seals leaked a bit when it rained. i also think the check-in staff could have been clearer on how to use the lift cards.

Clean and Convenient Stay
helpful staff great location
The staff were very helpful and lovely! I found the location so close to everything I needed. I walked easily from Roma St station. Breakfast was downstairs and dinner was a short walk in any direction.
I had to call reception three times to find out about parking. Once checked in, I felt more information about lift use was necessary. The milk in the fridge had already been used and not replenished.

The staff provided kind and friendly assistance. They did everything possible to accommodate my stay. Rooms were tidied regularly, and fresh towels were always provided to me.

pathetic trickle limescale deposit
The bathroom shower provided only a pathetic trickle, a real test of patience. Temperature control was non-existent. It alternated between scalding and freezing with no middle ground. To add insult to injury, the bathroom tap was covered in so much limescale it was a struggle to operate. I believe some maintenance is in order.

fantastic location and clean rooms!
convenient location quick access helpful staff
i found the location super convenient, close to the train and coach terminals (so easy to get around!). i had quick access to galleries and the city centre, a bonus. the staff were helpful, a big plus for me, always great to be greeted with a smile.
the room was a bit small, though manageable.

The hotel has a restaurant next door. This is convenient for meals and drinks. there is a coffee stand outside that operates on weekdays, perfect for a quick caffeine fix. luggage storage is available while guests wait for check-in.

the staff were lovely and helpful . i was allowed to check in early, which i really appreciated after a long journey (thanks guys!). the staff assisted with directions.

the hotel is just a couple of blocks from queen street mall. major bus, train, and ferry routes are within easy reach. roma street station is also nearby and this makes travelling easy.

central location clean room good staff
The location is central. The CBD is easy to reach. The room was clean, and the TV was quite large. Staff at check-in did a good job and also met my requests. I recommend this place.
