the gardens were maintained well. the paths were also well maintained. the location was perfect as it was right on the beachfront (i really enjoyed the proximity to the beach).
i had to walk a long way to the restaurant from my room. this was not suitable for everyone. the rooms were dated but clean. afternoon snacks were unavailable when i went for coffee (this was a bit disappointing).

beach proximitydrain smellpoor maintenance
the proximity to the beach was excellent. the resort setup was also great.
i stayed for several nights and was disappointed. the accommodation was poorly maintained (i noticed strong drain smells in the bathrooms). there was also visible mold and musty carpet odors throughout the unit. it seemed like addressing these issues wasn't a priority.
