i found plentiful car parking available. the staff were friendly and helpful . i found my room very comfortable and spacious. the room was clean, which i really value.

the restaurant provided an really good dining experience (the buffet breakfast was especially good). the food ordered by the pool tasted great and arrived promptly. i found the restaurant menu had many choices.

the hotel sits within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. the surroundings were great for exploring. i found the location offered beautiful views.

friendly staff pool view relaxing balcony
i found the staff very friendly. i did receive an upgrade to a pool view room upon arrival. the balcony area was quite relaxing in the evenings, it was good for unwinding with a drink.
the hotel rooms have a cheap, outdated style. some of the furniture was dirty and tired. it needs a bit of work.

the hotel's location allows easy access to nearby attractions. the panthers club is quite close for events. it's convenient for attending local games and activities.

really good waterfront stay
heated pool garden view delicious dinner
the heated pool was a great bonus. a large room overlooked the gardens. shops, a macdonalds and clubs were steps away. dinner in the restaurant was delicious, so was breakfast.
the air conditioning unit was unusually noisy. this made it hard to sleep soundly. the noise was particularly noticeable at night. it would be beneficial if this was addressed.
