i found the staff very friendly. i did receive an upgrade to a pool view room upon arrival. the balcony area was quite relaxing in the evenings, it was good for unwinding with a drink.

the hotel rooms have a cheap, outdated style. some of the furniture was dirty and tired. it needs a bit of work.

the heated pool was a great bonus. a large room overlooked the gardens. shops, a macdonalds and clubs were steps away. dinner in the restaurant was delicious, so was breakfast.

the air conditioning unit was unusually noisy. this made it hard to sleep soundly. the noise was particularly noticeable at night. it would be beneficial if this was addressed.
