Excellent Stay with Spacious Accommodations
spacious apartment daily housekeeping perfect location
The apartment was impressively spacious. It had plenty of room to relax and feel at home. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day, even on Christmas Day (so thoughtful!). The location was great. I could walk to many attractions and a tram stop made further destinations easy to reach.
The TV in the room was small.

The apartment had a good sized bedroom, lounge, and bathroom. I noticed that the kitchen was also well-equipped. Blackout curtains ensured I slept well and I didn't hear any noise.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping provided excellent service. They kept everything super clean. I also noticed that the reception desk was always staffed, even late at night.

The location allowed for convenient walking to most places and restaurants in the CBD. I found a tram stop located less than five minutes from the hotel. It was easy to get around the city!

mold pillow dusty curtains
The location was convenient. It offered apartment style accommodation.
The car park entrance lacked space for cars entering and exiting. I also found a pillow with mold on its side. The bed did not have a mattress protector. Curtains were dusty too.
