The location offers easy access to the central business district. Southern cross station is nearby for skybus connections. i found a grocery store just around the corner, a coffee shop next door, and south melbourne is a short walk away. customer service was really good, and the staff were friendly during check-in!
the shower door did not prevent water from escaping. no wiper was available, a definite oversight. i felt this posed a safety risk.

The room decor created a pleasant ambiance. A complimentary beverage voucher arrived, a nice touch. I found carafes of water readily available for the room. The front desk staff exhibited friendly and helpful service throughout my stay. I felt welcomed by the staff.
Soundproofing was not great, and I heard noises from adjacent rooms at times.

clean roombest shower
the room was clean. the queen room had the best shower ever and was beautifully maintained.
all the pillows were too large and the same. the aircon was broken and kept switching off.
