The location was quite convenient. It was easy to get to transport, restaurants, and shops. The room was a Standard Queen Room and the bed was comfy enough.

The staff were not all that helpful. I found this to be true for other guests at the reception area too. It didn't seem like they cared much about helping with basic questions. The toilet room was also very small. I am a regular-sized man and I found it challenging to squeeze through the gap between the wall and the amenities.

The location was fantastic, a short walk from Flinders Street Station. I found many restaurants nearby in Flinders Lane. The staff was very helpful, allowing early check-in , made my transit easier.

The room itself was very basic, with limited space for luggage.

The staff was friendly and available 24/7, they were ready to assist with any questions or requests. I observed them providing cutlery and allowing the use of the guest microwave in the breakfast area. The service was prompt.

There are many eateries and shops surrounding the hotel, so you have a multitude of options. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, however there are many cafes in close proximity. This location offered a wide variety of dining experiences.

The entrance and exit were secure. The street entrance is well hidden. I found a tram line right out front. The hotel provides convenient access to the city.

Location rocks! It is super close to Flinders Street station, also Bourke Street Mall. Room nice, also staff so friendly. They even gave me a power adapter! Luggage storage free on departure day was great. I had such a wonderful stay.

The air vent was covered in a thick layer of grey dust. I also heard the noisy floor in the hallway, so every time someone went past, I heard them. A damaged door handle on the inside of the toilet door.

My room had lots of power points, so I could recharge my phone plus laptop. The TV looked modern. The bed was comfy and clean, also the shower worked well. The room included climate control.

Nearby I found restaurants with a wide selection of food. I also noticed cafes were a short walk. Plenty of options for dining! I enjoyed trying different cuisines. It had a great range.

It is near trams also train stations. I found many shops. Many central attractions are nearby. Getting around was simple. I enjoyed being close to everything. It was so amazing!

the location of the hotel was ideal. i found it close to places i wanted to see. the tram stop nearby gave me convenient access to other areas.

the shower door needed repair. a light was not working above the bed. the air conditioning unit made quite a bit of noise.
