the early check-in process was easy and i got access without any issues.

i booked a room with the understanding a pool was available. the hotel app didn't mention it was under maintenance. i found this unacceptable as it was a key amenity for my family before our flight. furthermore, the shuttle i needed to the airport was completely booked, really inconvenient.
