the location was really good and ideal for a quick overnight stay after my long flight, i needed that. the meal i had in the restaurant was delicious. the staff were also friendly to my requests, especially at check-in.

the hotel is near the airport, it is a very short taxi ride. a direct factory outlet shopping center is also very close. this provides options for meals and shopping, that is convenient.

The room was very clean and provided easy access to amenities. the bed was super comfortable. i appreciated the proximity to the outlet mall right next door. i also found the staff to be very friendly and efficient. Check-in was easy even late at night.

i noticed the paid parking was quite expensive.

pool maintenance booked shuttle

the early check-in process was easy and i got access without any issues.

i booked a room with the understanding a pool was available. the hotel app didn't mention it was under maintenance. i found this unacceptable as it was a key amenity for my family before our flight. furthermore, the shuttle i needed to the airport was completely booked, really inconvenient.

the hotel charges very high parking fees . this felt excessive for people staying at the hotel and is a significant additional cost.
