We had a premium executive floor room with a balcony. it came with five-star amenities and a complimentary mini bar. the overnight parking rate also saw a reduction. It was a very cute gesture. i will definitely return.
The hotel deposit process felt a bit outdated. i am still waiting for the $100 deposit to be returned to my card. I hope it's resolved soon.

the room was spacious and nicely decorated. it provided ample space for both relaxation and work. the layout made it easy to unwind after a long day. the room was very clean.

The sauna provided a very relaxing experience after a busy day. I used it twice. breakfast included an omelet station where you could order custom omelets. The chef was very friendly. the gym contained three treadmills and several stationary bikes.

The location was acceptable. It was close enough to the places I needed to go.
The room wasn't as clean as I expected it to be. I found a stain on the sheet when I turned it down and I told the reception about it. The room was not cleaned the following day. My wife had to ask the steward to clean it and replenish supplies.
