I appreciated the spacious rooms. The large king beds offer great comfort. Self-service facilities added convenience to my stay. The location of the hotel is convenient for accessing Roma Street Station, Southbank, and the central business district.

i found the room super clean. staff promptly assisted us with the television. the apartment had a well-equipped kitchen. necessities such as shower caps, milk, and washing up liquid were provided. extra towels and shampoo were available.

i noticed the couch was uncomfortable.

the location allowed convenient walks to the city center. the kevin murphy products were a nice touch. the room included all essential appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer.

i found long hairs in the bedding near the pillowcases. i also noticed short hairs throughout the bed. when i informed the staff, they sent housekeeping to change the bedding, but i received no apology for the inconvenience.

the location was very convenient. i found it easy to walk from roma street railway station. i appreciated the modern suite with a separate bedroom (it was a one bedroom suite). a woolworths mini was also just around the corner for groceries.

The location is excellent with roma street station just across the street. It is very convenient for transport. the room was spacious with a full-size fridge and a separate bathroom. i also appreciated the coffee pod machine in the room. It was a nice touch.

I found the elevator system slightly overcomplicated. It wasn't easy to visit other rooms without meeting in the lobby first. This affected our family visits.
