early check-in rainfall shower
I had an early check in, convenient. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. This was really useful for getting ready quickly in the morning.
One of the elevators wasn't working. This made wait times longer, especially during peak hours.

expensive parking faulty room card
the location was good, close to the beach and shops.
the parking cost $54 for two days, though the room card didn't work at the car park exit. it charged my bank card multiple times! there were also not enough parks for hotel guests on saturday.

Wonderful experience

convenient location friendly staff delicious options
The location was convenient. Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, it was really helpful. The staff were friendly, i appreciate their help. Parking was seamless, easy to access! Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options.
The nightclub noise on the level four king rooms was terrible. It made sleep difficult until 2 am.

I enjoyed the buffet breakfast that had beautiful and friendly staff. There were generous-size rooms. I thought that was lovely, and the central location was right in the heart. Everything was great.
