Really good Jewel Residences Stay

attentive staff beach view comfortable temperature convenient location

The staff was attentive. My apartment included beach views from the kitchen and lounge. The master bedroom opened onto a balcony facing west. It provided nice afternoon sun and views of the hinterland. The two-bedroom apartment in the Jewel Residences suited my family of four well. The hotel is a walk from Surfers Paradise. Public transport is accessible with a short walk to the tram stop. The indoor magnesium pool was heated to a comfortable temperature. Breakfast offered tasty options and variety. The kids club looked spacious and beautiful. The gym had modern equipment, suiting my fitness needs. I easily found parking suitable for higher vehicles. I enjoyed the pleasant aromas throughout the hotel. The room was super clean, and the bed offered good comfort. The location provides convenient access to both Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. The service was fantastic throughout the hotel, and I would visit again.

The walk to access my car was a little far.

friendly staff accommodating team small parking dirty window

the staff was super lovely and always friendly. food was great too and the room service team was very accommodating. i love the indoor magnesium pool and outdoor pool too.

basement parking spaces are too small, it is very hard to maneuver the vehicle. the balcony windows are dirty too. everything looked foggy because of that.
