washing machine useful utensils

the room included a washing machine and dryer i appreciated this. the kitchen had ample utensils i found it very useful.

the elevator wait times were sometimes longer than expected it was slightly inconvenient.

slow lifts faulty door

The lifts were slow. It seemed like a lottery waiting for one. also, the bathroom door did not shut properly. I thought that was quite annoying. i'm not sure why maintenance couldn't fix it. the internet was also spotty, we struggled to check our emails. I find it unacceptable.

empty bottles persistent noise

I found a couple of issues . the provided shampoo and conditioner bottles in the bathroom were almost empty (a minor inconvenience, but still). also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noise from the hallway fairly easily, especially late at night. it impacted my sleep quality. this was really disappointing, the noise was persistent.

modern cafes appointed kitchen ocean view convenient location

the hotel is close to many modern cafes, restaurants, and a shopping center. the suite had a well appointed kitchen and a nicely positioned dining area. the view of the ocean from the living room and bedroom was great. the hotel is conveniently located to a flagged swimming area plus playgrounds and parks.

the shower wasn't strong. the lifts could be confusing

amazing views spacious apartment style comfortable bed frustrating lift system chaos better communication

The suite had amazing views and a spacious apartment style. the kitchen and laundry were excellent. It included a clothes washer, drier and ironing board. the hotel provided all products needed for using the washing machine. the bed and pillows were very comfortable. block-out curtains were excellent too.

the lift situation was frustrating. one lift was down and the system required a tap of your card outside. the new system selected your floor and created chaos. my wife was stuck in the basement car park. i believe better communication about ongoing maintenance is necessary
