“The design is clearly inspired by Brisbane itself, a nice touch, and the rooftop WET Deck seems like the place to be, offering both city views and crafted cocktails; the personalized service also sounds appealing for business or leisure. While some have noted noise issues and design quirks, the location near Central Station makes getting around easy. It's a stylish base for exploring the city's cultural heart.”

Really good Staff and Modern Decor!

great location welcome drink modern decor heated pool
The location was awesome since I went to a charity event. I only walked 5 minutes to the town hall! My room included a welcome drink upon arrival, which really helped cool me off on such a hot day. The room decor is modern, it also feels spacious (a great combination, right?). The pool is heated, which I liked a lot.
The staff at breakfast were overly attentive, I mean they interrupted me often. Someone even rang my doorbell to see if I needed a mini-bar top-up. I would have preferred they just do that during the daily cleaning.
Dining
9/10
I enjoyed the fresh food and drinks (so refreshing!). I also liked the dining venues. I was even surprised with birthday desserts and balloons in my suite (talk about making a guest feel special!).
Service
10/10
The staff, from reservations to the restaurant, were so helpful. They actively listened to all requests. They promptly fulfilled them. The service was consistently great at all times every day.
Facilities
9/10
I really loved the magnesium and mineral pools. The gym was great (I was spoilt for choice!). I also enjoyed the spa services. It was fantastic.
