prime location stay
amazing location delicious breakfast relaxation options
i found the location quite amazing because it offered the best views of both the beach and canals. breakfast stood out to me, and i found it delicious. the pool and spa were definitely a plus, providing good relaxation options after a day.
i must say the room was too hot even after i adjusted the air conditioning system. also, the air conditioning unit made quite a lot of noise, it disturbed my sleep.

my room had a spacious layout with very good views of the ocean. the room featured modern decor and it included a large television with many cable channels. i appreciated the blackout curtains that ensured a dark room for sleeping.

the hotel personnel were cute, and they looked after me very well . the check-in process was fast, and the staff members were always ready to assist with directions. i found their attention to detail to be really good.

the hotel boasts a central location. i walked to cavill avenue and the beach in just a few minutes. tram lines near the building offered transportation to several points of interest.

the outside pool area was very nice. laundry facilities were free. the location is very convenient for accessing local attractions. the air conditioning system worked effectively.
the tv was not a smart tv so i could not connect my streaming services.

convenient location and friendly staff
large terrace birthday wishes
the river view room provided a large terrace, it was a great spot to observe the river's activity. the staff greeted my sister and me with birthday wishes and gifts during our september birthday celebration, this complemented the hotel.
breakfast options were a bit limited and did not change daily, i felt it did not justify the additional cost. also, the noise from other rooms, the corridor, and the outside street was quite noticeable in my room, it affected my sleep.

The staff offered excellent service and looked friendly. Night shift receptionists were helpful and improved my trip. breakfast service seemed very complete and efficient. I had no complaints.
