the river view room provided a large terrace, it was a great spot to observe the river's activity. the staff greeted my sister and me with birthday wishes and gifts during our september birthday celebration, this complemented the hotel.
breakfast options were a bit limited and did not change daily, i felt it did not justify the additional cost. also, the noise from other rooms, the corridor, and the outside street was quite noticeable in my room, it affected my sleep.

The staff offered excellent service and was friendly. Night shift receptionists were helpful and improved my trip. breakfast service seemed very complete and efficient. I had no complaints.

My river view room provided beautiful scenery from the window, i did appreciate it a lot. the room was neat and presented very well. Everything felt orderly and clean to me.
