The hotel features five restaurants and three bars. The Harbour Cafe, located on the ground floor, is open from 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM and offers all-day dining. Chinese Village, on the 7th floor, offers fusion cuisine, including Chinese, Thai, and Japanese dishes, plus cocktails and fresh juices, and panaromic views of the Arabian Sea. Kohinoor serves authentic Indian cuisine from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Fisherman's Hub offers Indian, Chinese, and Mangalorean seafood, plus signature drinks and live sports. The Lounge Bar, located on the ground floor, serves beverages and food from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

Sea View Hotel includes a rooftop terrace, a spa centre, and a fitness centre. The fitness center is open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and provides exercise machines and weights. Located in Bur Dubai, Sea View Hotel is opposite the Dubai Customs building. Nearby landmarks include the Etihad Museum (2 km), The Dubai Heritage Village (2 km), and BurJuman shopping mall (1 km). The hotel is in one of the cheapest areas to stay in Dubai. The Dubai Frame and Dubai Garden Glow, both in Zabeel Park, are nearby.
