the hotel was convenient for business needs. its location offer a quick trip to dubai mall. the staff show kindness, with upgrade to the 15th floor. the room feature space, a plush bed, and a super clean bath.

the room's air dont work so well. it was hard to change temperatures. i noticed some old thing there, like old furniture. it give out a not-so-new sense, not what i wish for.

The staff was attentive. I particularly appreciate dona, noel, nazim, shadab, and jeniffer! they were helpful during my business activities. They made a difference. The meeting room had standard equipment, facilitating productive sessions. The room was clean with no peculiar smell, ensuring a comfortable environment.

The coffee tasted bad. The buffet was not that great.

The location is suitable for business, i enjoyed convenient access to central activities. Walks along the canal were lovely though the weather was quite hot. The canal view from the hotel added to the experience.
