“My impression is one of a property struggling with upkeep and basic service delivery; reports point to cleanliness issues and a lack of attentive staff, which overshadow any potential value. The added, unexpected fees without proper documentation further erode trust. Ultimately, I'd suggest exploring alternative options to ensure a more comfortable stay in Dubai.”
