musty smell old furniture

the bed was comfortable enough for a decent sleep.

The room smelled a bit musty, like it had not been aired out in ages. the furniture felt old (the sofa had some visible wear) and the tv remote barely worked. plus, the noise from outside made it hard to relax. I could hear everything.

good service friendly staff

The location proved convenient , since it was close to the airport. The room I received was a good size for me , a solo traveller. Breakfast service was good , and the staff were friendly , too.

My television and room telephone did not work upon check in. The TV was replaced and worked for two hours , before it stopped again. Nobody bothered to look at the phone , even after I reported it twice , so I kept going downstairs.

The lobby space features well kept decor , ensuring a cute atmosphere upon arrival. A swimming pool located on the top floor is available , though I did not use it. A bar fridge is provided in the room for added convenience.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Amari Restaurant , it offered a diverse selection. Fresh fruits , juices , and Indian items formed part of the available varieties. Customised breakfast options are also available to cater to different preferences.

The hotel provides airport pick-up and drop-off services , a convenience I definitely appreciated. It is a short distance to the metro station , only a few minutes by foot. A city center mall is about a five-minute walk away from the hotel.
