the room key card sometimes failed as the sensor detected a red light.

I was grateful for the staff's friendliness. the team addressed all my requests promptly. i found ms raquel particularly helpful . The reception staff, including mr saeed and ms jack, were consistently available. the gym equipment was useful, and i found it easy to get to the metro and nearby malls.
I did encounter one minor issue with the food. The breakfast variety remained mostly the same each day. the food quality and taste did not quite match my expectations for a five-star hotel. there were no gluten free alternatives on offer.
