superb service rooftop pool poor condition mismatched photo
The staff were very attentive. Whenever i needed anything, they helped immediately. Sabri, Rajan, and Madu gave superb service. The location is near the metro and the airport. The rooftop pool and sauna are amazing.
The room photos online did not match the actual room I stayed in. The comfort room seemed to be in poor condition.

surprisingly good stay!
metro stations rooftop pool
the hotel has restaurants close by. i found two metro stations within walking distance. complimentary parking WAS available. the rooftop pool was nice.
the gym equipment seemed a bit old and limited.

a solid stay with handy location
handy location helpful staff attentive concierge
the availability of restaurants surrounding the hotel was useful. i found syed hafiz from the front office was helpful with my requests. rajan, the concierge, assisted me too.
the hotel could benefit from upgraded tvs in the rooms, as the channel selection felt limited.

the fitness center features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. a rooftop pool is available . it includes twenty loungers and a shaded section.

rooftop pool variety of cuisines pleasant atmosphere
The rooftop pool was a highlight of my stay. It provided a relaxing space with great views. The hotel's proximity to many restaurants made dining out very easy (I especially enjoyed the variety of cuisines available). The room also featured ambient lighting creating a pleasant atmosphere.
The gym equipment looked a bit outdated.
