convenient locationhelpful staff
I appreciated the convenient location close to the airport. It made traveling easier! the staff was also friendly and helpful, especially with directions to the nearby shopping mall.
The pool area seemed a bit dark. It could benefit from more light. the creek view from my apartment was partially obstructed, a little disappointing.

The location was conveniently close to the metro station. I guess that was alright.
The room was oddly stuffy since the windows don't open. It felt a bit like being sealed in a box. also the bathroom struck me as dated. The bathtub really needed an update. i found the basic toiletries rather underwhelming too. It all felt a bit cheap, honestly

the apartment rooms were spacious, providing ample room to relax and work. i found all the staff to be accommodating and happy to assist me at any time. i appreciated the gym as it was fully equipped, and it offered a great view from the top floor. i could conveniently walk to the deira city center mall and many restaurants.
the nespresso coffee maker only had two complimentary pods, and i had to pay extra for more.

We enjoyed an apartment with two bedrooms. It included a hall and a full kitchen. i appreciated the convenience of the washing machine and cooked meals for our little one. the staff, especially abu, was so helpful, assisting with taxis and directions. we loved inviting family over, it reminded me of home, a great plus.
I noticed the balcony needed better cleaning. It was dusty. i didn't report it . i hoped the cleaning would be a more regular feature.
