The staff was very helpful. Michael, Gonzaga, and Priyanshu at the reception were all professional. Deepa and Hiralal from the housekeeping team were amazing. Their dedication to providing great service reflects the hotel's commitment.

The app gave me the wrong information regarding my stay. It was not a full board stay. It was just snacks and sandwiches. I expected a buffet.

The breakfast was a letdown. It was not a buffet. There were limited options to choose from, i did not understand why my son could not take the rest of his breakfast if he did not eat everything at once. They preferred to throw away the food. I think this is not a good hotel for a family vacation.

The breakfast option was fantastic. The meals were tasty and really set me up well before exploring the area. Staff members like Jeline and Augustine were helpful. They were also very polite. I extended my stay twice and they always looked after me!!!

The surrounding area could sometimes be a little unclean.

The reception staff, especially Augustine and Alissa, offered assistance and were very professional. The location is central to shopping and dining. Many grocery stores are nearby.

The gym equipment looked old and rusty. It is in need of replacement.

i found the staff to be helpful. eric assisted with taxi arrangements and also helped with my requests for a clothes airer. moon in the cafe greeted me with happiness each morning at breakfast. i was always met with politeness from the staff.

the wi-fi connection experienced occasional slowness.
