Everyone offered help and extra service without hesitation. the location is convenient, close to the airport and within a reasonable distance of attractions. i liked that it was walkable to the metro, a large mall, and many restaurants. the hotel was very clean, and breakfast was delicious.

The bathroom inside handle was broken. the shower screen seemed like it had not been cleaned properly. I noticed hand, face, and body prints on the glass.
