The room had a TV a teamaker and a refrigerator. Free breakfast was provided. The rooftop pool and the gym were good.
The cleanliness of the rooms could be better. Dirt was under the chair under the bed and behind the doors. Housekeeping should concentrate on cleaning those areas on a regular basis. Also housekeeping should respond more quickly when asked for something.

the staff were so friendly , they were always ready to help with anything. the rooms were neat , and they changed the towels like clockwork. i also loved shalome, win, and gigi at the buffet area , they were always on top of it!
honestly , the only small issue i faced was that my room could have been a bit cleaner. i mean , it wasn't terrible , but i definitely noticed a few spots they missed.

the staff were friendly and helpful . the front desk staff assisted quickly at check-in. my room was cleaned daily and kept tidy by the room service staff.
